These terms apply when you use the site. Cruise Price Check is a free, independent demonstration project for comparing cruise information, viewing recorded prices and requesting alerts. We are not a travel agent or cruise operator and do not take bookings or payments.

Prices and comparisons

We cover selected cruise lines and sailings, not the whole market. Results depend on the filters and sort order you choose. A low recorded fare is not a guarantee of the lowest available price.

Prices, availability, itineraries and cabin details can change between checks or contain errors. Historical prices describe our recorded observations. Fares may depend on occupancy, eligibility, currency, cabin selection and what is included. Taxes, fees and extras may apply.

Check the current total price, inclusions, cancellation conditions, travel requirements and itinerary directly with the cruise line before booking. Information on this site is for comparison and does not constitute a booking offer.

Bookings and external websites

When you follow a booking link, your booking is with the provider shown on that website under its own terms and privacy policy. The provider handles payment, changes, cancellations, refunds and delivery of the cruise.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the cruise lines listed on the site. Their names, logos and other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Sign-in, alerts and saved searches

Use an email address you control and keep sign-in codes private. Creating a price alert or enabling a saved-search digest asks us to email you when the relevant conditions are met. Delivery can be delayed or fail, and a fare may change before you act on an alert.

You can manage or delete alerts and saved searches while signed in, or stop notifications through the unsubscribe link in an email. A shortlist is stored in your browser and may be lost if you clear its data. Shared comparison links can be opened by anyone who has the link.

Our privacy policy explains how we use your information. Analytics cookie choices are separate from using the alert service.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful cruise research and planning. Do not attempt to access another person's alerts, bypass security or usage limits, interfere with the service, introduce malicious software, or use it to send unwanted emails. Do not copy or redistribute content in a way that infringes someone else's rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the service or comply with the law.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the site useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, complete coverage or error-free information. Features may change or be withdrawn.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or outdated third-party information, missed alerts, or a cruise provider's services. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms and will show the revised date on this page. Changes apply to future use and do not remove rights that have already arisen.

English law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts in England and Wales can hear disputes; if you are a consumer elsewhere, you retain any right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
