These terms apply when you use the site. Cruise Price Check is a free, independent demonstration project for comparing cruise information, viewing recorded prices and requesting alerts. We are not a travel agent or cruise operator and do not take bookings or payments.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean International, Norwegian Cruise Line, MSC Cruises or any other cruise line. References to their names, ships and products identify the sailings we compare. Their names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We cannot act for a cruise line, amend a booking or promise a refund, price adjustment or onboard credit. Contact your booking provider about an existing reservation.
We cover selected cruise lines and sailings, not the whole market. Results depend on the filters and sort order you choose. A low recorded fare is not a guarantee of the lowest available price.
Prices, availability, itineraries and cabin details can change between checks or contain errors. Historical prices describe our recorded observations. Fares may depend on occupancy, age, residency, loyalty status, currency, cabin selection and what is included. Check the fare basis and any stated tax or fee information beside the price. Confirm the final total, including mandatory charges and your chosen extras, with the provider.
Our figures are recorded observations, not live quotes. Checks can fail or miss changes between updates. A missing fare does not prove a sailing or cabin is sold out. A recorded low or price drop describes our available observations, not an all-time low or a saving against every other seller. Broad cabin categories may include offers with different benefits and restrictions. How we work explains our coverage and comparison method.
Check the current total price, inclusions, cancellation conditions, travel requirements and itinerary directly with the cruise line before booking. Information on this site is for comparison and does not constitute a booking offer.
We compile ship details, such as size, capacity, service dates and refurbishments, from published figures and have not verified them independently. They can be incomplete, out of date or different from the cruise line's current figures, so check anything that matters to your booking with the cruise line.
When you follow a booking link, your booking is with the provider shown on that website under its own terms and privacy policy. The provider handles payment, changes, cancellations, refunds and delivery of the cruise.
Route suggestions are planning aids. We do not sell combined trips or confirm that separate sailings can be connected. Check transfers, embarkation deadlines, travel documents and each provider's terms before making separate bookings.
Use an email address you control and keep sign-in codes private. Creating a price alert or enabling a saved-search digest asks us to email you when the relevant conditions are met. Alerts depend on successful price checks and email delivery. Messages can be delayed or fail, and a fare may change before you act. An alert does not hold a cabin, lock a price or entitle you to reprice an existing booking.
You can manage or delete alerts and saved searches while signed in, or stop notifications through the unsubscribe link in an email. Guest shortlists are stored in your browser and may be lost if you clear its data. Signing in merges them into your account, subject to account limits. Shared comparison links are public to anyone who has the link. They contain sailing selections and any selected cabin category, not your account, email address or alert targets. They show the latest recorded fares when opened, not a saved quote.
Our privacy policy explains how we use your information. Your analytics, session replay and cookie choices are separate from using the alert service.
You may use the site for lawful cruise research and planning. Do not attempt to access another person's alerts, bypass security or usage limits, interfere with the service, introduce malicious software, or use it to send unwanted emails. Do not copy or redistribute content in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the service or comply with the law.
The cruise price API is free to use without a key, within its rate limits, to look up cruises in apps, research, AI agents and other tools. The rest of these terms apply to it too.
You may show results from the API to your users. Please credit Cruise Price Check and link to the sailing page given in each result where you show our data.
Do not copy the data in bulk, build or sell a copy of our database, resell or sublicense access to the API, or get round its rate limits, for example by spreading requests across many addresses. Do not present the data as live quotes or as coming from a cruise line, and do not suggest that we or any cruise line endorse your product.
The fares come from what cruise lines publish and are provided as they are, without any promise that they are complete, accurate or available. We may change or withdraw the API, and may block clients that break these terms.
We aim to keep the site useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, complete coverage or error-free information. Features may change or be withdrawn.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or outdated third-party information, missed alerts, or a cruise provider's services. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
To report an inaccurate fare, misleading detail or concern about content rights, email harry@cruisepricecheck.com with the page address and details of the issue. We can investigate and correct or remove content where appropriate. Do not send booking passwords or payment details.
Cruise lines can follow our process for requests from cruise lines.
We may update these terms and will show the revised date on this page. Changes apply to future use and do not remove rights that have already arisen.
English law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts in England and Wales can hear disputes; if you are a consumer elsewhere, you retain any right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
